This album was self recorded partially on the glorious Hornby island and in SUNA studios in Vancouver, B.C. This is a collection of songs written by all four members with a mix of styles and influences. It's about trying to find peace of mind amongst the puzzling tribulations that is becoming an adult. Big shout out to Mich "The Rock Lobster" Grohmann, our beautiful hunk of man on the keys!
